Service For Converting Network Parameters 
to SPICE Circuits

Information We Need:

1. A data file containing S, Z or Y parameters of passive N-port network in Touchstone™ file format. 
2. Indicate the type of circuit simulator you want the resulting SPICE circuits to run with: 
   (a) HSPICE™ or (b) non-HSPICE™ simulator.

We'll Use Broadband SPICE™

Broadband SPICE™  is SIGRITY’s newest software tool, specialized for the generation of highly accurate SPICE equivalent circuits from network parameters over broadband frequencies.


Results We'll Deliver...

1. A sub-circuit data file suitable for  HSPICE™ or a non-HSPICE™ circuit simulator. 
2. Graphs that display the responses of extracted SPICE circuits in comparison with original network parameters. An example of the graphs is displayed below. 
   

Special Note: This service is offered free of charge from June 3, 2002 to July 31, 2002 and is subject to availability of resources and number of requests.

 The magnitude and the phase of an S-parameter of the "extracted" 
SPICE circuit are  plotted against those of the original data.
