The steps for this are:
- Visit Cadence Online Support at
http://support.cadence.com.
- Login using your COS userID and password. Sign up at
http://support.cadence.com/en/signup/SignUp.jhtml if you do not have a userID.
You will need to have the following information handy when you register a new account:
- First and last names
- Phone number
- Company name
- Street address
- City/State/ZIP
- Country
- Email address
- Active license server HostID number
(Note: This can be
found in the license file on the line that says SERVER or
you can ask your system administrator.)
- Navigate to the Service Requests page by selecting the Service Request link.
Cadence online support provides users
