SANTA CLARA, Calif., July 24, 2006
— Sigrity, Inc., the market leader in power and signal
integrity software solutions, today established a
European office in Munich, Germany, expanding its global
reach. The move allows Sigrity to locally support
European companies that use its advanced software
solutions to analyze power and signal integrity in ICs,
packages and printed circuit boards, and for package
physical design.
In addition, the company announced
that EDA industry veteran Ben Franklin has joined Sigrity as
European General Manager with responsibility for overseeing
European operations. Franklin brings more than 20 years of
experience to this new position, having previously served as
CEO of EDAconnect.com, general manager at Cooper & Chyan

physical design and analysis, helping companies avoid
failures and respins. We are espcially pleased to serve
companies in Europe with a local company presence,
demonstrating our commitment to enhancing the quality and
performance of their packages, chips and boards."
